The Ansar Allah (Houthi) group has launched maneuvers in several territories in anticipation of an all-out war with pro-government Yemeni forces, neighboring countries, and Israel and America, informed sources told Sheba Intelligence on Saturday.

The Houthi group’s maneuvers and preparation for war come in the light of the rising tensions in the region as the Israel-Hamas war keeps escalating.

In the Al-Malahidh area of Saada, Houthi fighters are training to launch drone strikes toward Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, according to the sources. Moreover, Houthi fighters receive training on using anti-armor and anti-aircraft missiles in an area located between Arhab in Sanaa and Al-Jawf, which borders Saudi Arabia. Besides, they are also preparing to advance towards Marib city, which the UN-recognized government controls.

In the Al-Luhaya district of Al-Hudayah, the Houthi group recently concluded training on the use of missiles, marine mines, and specific operations in the Red Sea. The exercises on the use of ballistic missiles took place between Abs in Hajjah and Al-Luhaya in Al-Hudaydah. On Thursday, Houthis fired missiles and drones from Al-Luhaya and Abs and were shot down by an American warship in the Red Sea.

The sources added that nearly 2000 fighters in the Al-Hamza camp in Ibb province are trained to clash with the joint forces on Yemen’s West Coast, particularly in Hays and Khokha. Other Houthi fighters in the Al-Amaqi area also receive training on using specific weapons and missiles stored in the city of Al -Saleh to carry out a lightning strike toward Aden, Mocha, and the Mayon Island in Bab Al-Mandab.

A security source told Sheba Intelligence that the Houthi forces conduct maneuvers that simulate missile attacks on the American, Israeli, and Emirati bases in the Horn of Africa.
