Yemeni military reports 382 Houthis neutralized in 24 hours as coordinated offensives intensify in Taiz, Marib, Al-Jawf and Al-Bayda. Cumulative neutralization estimates approach 17,000 since the operation began.

Yemen’s armed forces announced 1,276 military targeting operations over the past 24 hours as part of the ongoing Dawn of Yemen offensive, reporting that approximately 382 Houthi fighters and commanders were neutralized and 140 military vehicles, armored assets and heavy weapons were destroyed or damaged.

The latest announcement brings the cumulative documented number of targeting operations since the offensive began in early October to at least 28,757, based on previous military statements tracked by Sheba Intelligence.

According to the military spokesperson, the latest operations targeted Houthi field command-and-control centers, defensive positions, firing sites, weapons and ammunition depots, military reinforcements, and supply routes across multiple fronts.

Simultaneous operations deeper inside Houthi-held territory reportedly targeted the group's ability to coordinate combat activities, regroup forces and deploy reinforcements to frontline positions.

Taiz Offensive and Multiple Fronts

In Taiz, Yemeni army units, supported by local resistance forces and combat aircraft, carried out surprise attacks across several sectors.

The military said precision airstrikes suppressed Houthi firing positions, disrupted reinforcement movements and improved government forces' tactical positions around strategically important hills and elevated terrain.

Meanwhile, coordinated operations continued across Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Bayda, and the southern and southwestern fronts.

According to the spokesperson, simultaneous pressure across these fronts has restricted Houthi efforts to transfer reserves, reinforce defensive positions or concentrate forces along a single axis.

Background: Nearly 29,000 Operations Since Early October

The latest military announcement follows weeks of intensive operations under Dawn of Yemen, launched in early October.

A previous Sheba Intelligence report documented at least 25,353 targeting operations by October 22, while subsequent reporting placed the cumulative figure at 26,745 by October 23.

The military subsequently reported another 736 operations on October 24 and 1,276 on October 26, bringing the running documented tally to at least 28,757 operations, excluding any unaccounted-for activity on October 25.

The offensive has involved fighter aircraft, drones, artillery, rocket launchers, snipers and ground units, with repeated strikes targeting command structures, weapons storage facilities, military vehicles and reinforcement routes.

Estimated Houthi Losses Approach 17,000

Earlier Sheba Intelligence tracking placed the cumulative number of Houthi personnel reportedly neutralized at approximately 16,000 by October 23.

Adding the military's announced figures of 307 on October 24 and 382 on October 26 brings the provisional estimate to approximately 16,700–16,800 Houthi fighters and commanders neutralized since the offensive began.

The figures remain estimates based on military announcements rather than independently verified battlefield casualty records. The term neutralized does not necessarily mean killed and may include personnel otherwise rendered unable to fight.

The Yemeni armed forces said they would continue operations according to battlefield developments while observing international humanitarian law and taking precautions to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure.

The latest figures reflect the scale and sustained intensity of the offensive, although the military's reported operational results and casualty estimates have not been independently verified.
