An airstrike targeting a Houthi operations center on Kamaran Island in the Red Sea has reportedly killed several Iranian and Iraqi military experts and wounded others, according to military sources who spoke to Sheba Intelligence.

The sources said the strike hit a command-and-control facility used to coordinate Houthi maritime activities, resulting in casualties among foreign advisers stationed on the island. Several wounded personnel were reportedly transferred to hospitals in Hodeidah for treatment. Sheba Intelligence has not been able to independently verify the reported casualties.

The strike is part of a broader air campaign conducted over the past two days against Houthi military infrastructure in western Yemen and the Marib-Al-Jawf theater.

Intelligence obtained by Sheba indicated that the island hosts command facilities, drone operating sites, explosive boat infrastructure, and storage areas supporting naval operations, with foreign military advisers believed to be involved in developing and coordinating these capabilities.

The reported strike comes as intelligence sources warn that the Houthis continue preparing for another maritime attack in the Red Sea despite sustained military pressure.
